Opor Ayam

Opor ayam is one of a popular dishes in Indonesia. Opor ayam is a chicken stewed in coconut milk. Many people like the dish. It is so delicious and tasty.

In Indonesia, opor ayam can be found in almost every house when Muslims celebrate Lebaran (Ied al Fitri). Opor ayam will be a special dish in a special day like Lebaran. Maybe they feel that it is not
complete without opor ayam in Ied ul Fitri. It is usually eaten with ketupat.
