Gorengan


Gorengan is one of the Indonesian traditional food. There are some people called gorengan as ''mendoan''. In English, gorengan means something fried. There are so many kinds of gorengan. Such as, goreng tempe (mix tempe and wheat flour), gehu (mix tofu and wheat flour), gorpis/goreng pisang (mix banana and wheat flour) and bakwan or Sundanese called ''bala-bala'' (mix vegetables and wheat flour).

There are so many gorengan seller almost in all city in java island, especially in all city in West Java and Jakarta. A lot of Indonesian people like this food, especially sundanese who live in the village, like me. Sunda people in the village like to drink a cup of coffee and eat gorengan in the morning. Some of them do that as their breakfast.Gorengan is so delicious. You will never know it if you never taste it.

It's easy to make it. You just need wheat flour, salt, msg, garlic, onion, oil for frying and something you want to mix (tempe, tofu, banana, or vegetables). If you have got what you need, just mix all of it with some water. Then fry it in the frying pan.
